"I just got my bed and its not working!"

The shipping process may have disrupted a setting on your bed. If your adjustable bed has been properly installed and the remote is not operating the bed, please check for these simple reasons for inoperative beds...

• Bed not plugged into a working outlet.

  • Don't forget to flip the wall switch.

  •  You can test the outlet by plugging in a lamp or radio. 

• Batteries installed into remote incorrectly. 

  • Check to see if the Transmission Indicator illuminates, you can do this by pressing any button on the remote.

• The remote control or hand wand may need to be re-programmed.
