Absolutely. The Dual King is made up of two Twin XL bases put together to form a regularly sized King Bed.

Only like sizes will fit the adjustable bed.

Will my existing headboard work?
Yes, provided the bed is the same size. Headboard brackets are reversible and will adjust to fit any standard headboard borings. Brackets for foot-boards are available for some models; check with your sales representative or dealer. (Foot boards are not available for Wallhugger^® or Headboard Hugger^® models.)
