available for adjustable beds?
Adjustable Electric Beds come in
many sizes, models and configurations. The standard Adjustable Bed
sizes are
Twin Extra Long: 38" X 80"
Full Extra Long: 54" X 80"
Queen: 60" X 80"
Dual Queen: 60" X 80"
Dual King: 76" X 80"
Dual California King: 72" X 84"
Other special order sizes available:
Twin: 39" X 75"
Full (Double or Standard): 54" X 75"
What is a Dual Queen?
A Dual Queen Adjustable Bed is comprised of two 29" x 80" bed bases
put together to make a Queen. A Dual Queen is also known as a
Split Queen and it has individual controls for each side. Typically,
the Dual Queens are usually priced as Dual Kings because of the cost
of making an additional bed
What is a Dual King?
A Dual King Adjustable Bed is comprised of two TWIN XL beds put
together to make a King. As with your king size mattress at
home, the bases are split into two pieces so they can fit through
the door. A Dual King electric bed has individual controls for each
side, affording each person their own control for independent
comfort preferences.
What is a Super King?
A Super King is actually 2 Full XL (54" x 80" each) beds which can
be connected together or kept apart.
Does the bed qualify as a medical deduction?
It might. Check with your physician. Many doctors prescribe
adjustable beds for patients with hiatal hernias, poor circulation,
or other health conditions
What is the weight
capacity?
Would it be important to you to
purchase an Adjustable Bed that can handle your weight? Many imports
and "off-brand beds are rated at only 225 - 245 lbs. weight
capacity. These off-brand adjustable beds have lower weight
capacities which may mean that your bed can wear out sooner. The suggested weight limitations
for all Leggett & Platt Adjustable Beds depend on the
size and are as follows:*

- Full XL - 375 lbs.
- Queen - 425 lbs.
- Dual King - 600 lbs.
*The included warranty will be void if the suggested weight
